Q: How much does it cost for a logo design?

A: We have a fixed price for Logo design and any other basic items like corporate stationery design, web banners, brochures etc you may need. Please contact us for our current price menu. Alternatively if you're after something not on our list, we're happy to prepare a quote for you.

Q: Can you make my website live?

A: We have a degree in Advertising and Design so our skills are design based, which means we can design a website to look brilliant, but we leave the actual coding of it to the experts! We pass our design files over to your web developer to make them live, that way you get the best of both worlds! If you need help finding a web developer, we are happy to assist with some recommendations.

Q: I live in Perth, can you help me with my logo design and branding?

A: We are based in Melbourne, but can assist clients with their design work everywhere! We are happy to consult via phone, skype and email no matter where you are located.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We take a 50% deposit to commence your project, with the balance being due on completion of the design work and prior to release of your high resolution files.

Q: Do you supply printing?

A: Once we design your artwork, we supply you with the final hi res files to supply to your printer. We are happy to recommend printers and arrange quotes for you if necessary. We can also send your files directly to your printer if this is easier for you.

Q: What qualifications do you have?

A: Our Creative Director Suzi has over 21 years experience in the advertising and design industry.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, Art Direction and Design (RMIT) and has worked as Art Director and Creative director at a number of Advertising & Marketing agencies over the years as well as running her own online retail business Alannah Rose. 

Suzi has worked on a number of large scale clients including Bang & Olufsen, Porsche Cars Australia, Simplot, Budget, Metricon Homes and Kid Brands Australia, as well as a string of smaller boutique brands.

No job is too big or too small, we love working with clients that are just starting out too!

Suzi's specialty is seeing a project through from start to finish and can assist with all areas of your branding and marketing.

Q: What is the design process?

A: Once you book our services we'll provide you with a creative brief. This is so we can learn a bit more about your brand and the look you are trying to achieve. Once we have your brief, we'll start work on your project. We'll email you through proofs, and then the approval process begins! If you have any alters or feedback, you can send them through, and we'll work on them and send them back to you and so forth! Of course if you love the first draft and approve it straight off (it happens!), we'll start prepping your final files!
